Are you starting with Rakoo? Great! After signing your contract, we will assign you one or two dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs). Why? Having fixed contact persons allows them to quickly familiarize themselves with your organization and gain a better understanding of your online academy. This saves time when you need assistance because they are already aware of your situation!
The CSM will guide you through the onboarding process and answer all your questions. Together, we will make your online academy a success.
